I had been eyeing this product by Indie Lee for a while and finally brought myself to buy it along with a few others a couple weeks ago. I was turned on to the company by a makeup artist that I know. Indie’s line of beauty products are all-natural which is huge! So many beauty products contain harmful chemicals that damage your skin cells, hair, and worse… YOU. So, I bought this!

The Carrot & French Clay bar is one of seven that Indie Lee provides. It smells amazing and fits in your hand perfectly. The first time I used this, I was surprised at how soft my skin felt! It didn’t leave a greasy feel after being washed away and when used after exfoliating, leaves and even more noticeable result. The natural mixture tones your skin and is targeted at complexion renewal. It is great for all skin types, so mild that I use it on my face and body… and does not cause breakouts!

Indie Lee was introduced to me by a professional makeup artist and hair stylist friend of mine… who also happens to have an infatuation with Green & Natural beauty products and remedies. So, I’m here sharing the story and wonderful products with you!

• Drink 8 Glasses of water a day!
  -Hydrating your body is not only good for energy but skin health!

  -You should only be washing your hair 2-3 times a week. If you’re doing it more you’re stripping your hair of it’s natural oil so it forces your scalp to produce extra oil to make up for it!

• Avoid Using heat on your hair whenever possible!
  -Don’t blow-dry/curl/straighten your hair every day. It fries your strands and causes split ends!
  -Limit heat to hair be putting your hair in a bun over night for curls or using a natural smoothing serum to keep it straight.
• Try this if you get a zit!
  -Dab a little alcohol via a q-tip to dry it out.
  -Dab on a little honey (kills bacteria amazingly well!)
• Always use sunscreen!
  -You are still able to gradually tan even while using sunscreen but it’s a slower and safer process!
  -Avoid tanning beds, they are worse for you than being in the sun all day.
  -Makeup with SPF is a plus!
  -You should be getting 30 minutes of sunscreen-free sun a day to meet your daily Vitamin D requirement!

I tried the EOS Lip Balm a couple weeks ago and was extremely happy with it. A friend of mine had used this product before and said great things so I bought it at Ulta today… I haven’t gotten to use it for as long as I like before I do a review but I had to once I tried it. I was so suprised when I went to use it. No greasy feel, like you get with a lot of hand lotions. It’s got the cutest packaging and smells wonderful. It comes in a great size that you can use for travel or a quick lotion to put in your purse. It doesn’t take much when you put it on and like I said, leaves your skin feel smooth and moisturized without making them slippery.
